Farallon Ships HomeLINE USB Adapter

Provides connectivity for Macs and PCs with USB to share a single Internet
connection, multi-player games, printers, files and more.

SAN LEANDRO, Calif. May 31st, 2000 - Farallon Communications, Inc.,
developer of reliable, plug-and-play networking solutions for Macs and PCs,
today announced their HomeLINE USB Adapter, that connects Macs and PCs with
USB to the HomeLINE network, is now shipping.

The HomeLINE USB Adapter is ideal for USB-equipped Macs and PCs, including
the popular Apple iMac. The HomeLINE USB adapter joins the Farallon
HomeLINE PCI Card and HomeLINE Ethernet Adapter to complete the Farallon
HomeLINE product line. All HomeLINE solutions interoperate on the network,
so users can select the solution that best fits their requirements.

"The availability of the HomeLINE USB Adapter means that users with either
2 Windows PCs, 2 Macs, or 1 of each, can now get a complete HomePNA
compatible solution for all their computers from a single source," says Ken
Haase, VP of Marketing and Business Development. "Combined with our free
Dr. Farallon support, customers no longer need to be concerned about how to
integrate solutions from different manufacturers and where to go for
support if they need help."

Farallon is the only company to provide a complete Home Phoneline
Networking solution for both Windows PCs and Macintosh computers.
