Portland, Ore. - January 28, 2003 - Extensis today announced immediate

Management (DAM) solution. In addition to adding Mac OS X compatibility,
Portfolio 6.1 offers new features that make it the easiest and most
effective way for professionals to share, organize, retrieve and distribute
the digital files they create and use on a regular basis.

Portfolio is the first pro-caliber level tool for organizing and managing

solution for complex digital file organization needs.

"Portfolio has been completely rewritten to take advantage of powerful new
Mac OS X features, bringing creative professionals entirely new
functionality for organizing their assets," said Joe Schorr, senior product
manager, Extensis.

selecting it from a pop-up menu within the Mac OS X Dock.

Other new features to the product include long filename support, allowing
users to manage file and folder names that are more than 31 characters long
and a new batch rename feature that allows users to rename a whole batch of
images after they have been cataloged.
