SAN FRANCISCO, CA - September 13, 2005 (INB) -- DreamFactory, Inc. and
salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM), the global leader in on- demand customer
relationship management (CRM), announced the availability of DreamTeam for
AppExchange. Built on salesforce.com's Appforce on-demand platform,
DreamTeam for AppExchange is available immediately for preview in the
AppExchange, and will be generally available at the same time as the
Salesforce Winter '06 release. DreamTeam adds a rich graphical interface to
Salesforce for managing documents and projects. DreamTeam for AppExchange
is one of 70 launch applications that are available through AppExchange,
salesforce.com's new on-demand application sharing service.

With AppExchange, salesforce.com customers now have access to new
applications that bring the benefits of salesforce.com to their entire
business, letting them manage and share all of their company information
on-demand. Using AppExchange, companies can easily add new apps to their
existing Salesforce deployments, extending their success and making the
full power and creativity of the salesforce.com customer and partner
community available with just a click.

DreamTeam was announced yesterday in San Francisco at DreamForce '05,
salesforce.com's third annual user and developer conference.

"The blended capabilities of DreamTeam are a natural extension for my
Salesforce implementation," said Chuck Russell, President of Collective
Intelligence, a leading systems integration partner. "I can now manage my
projects, documents and associated team communication on the Appforce
platform, and have full visibility to all project activity from familiar
Salesforce interfaces and processes."

"DreamTeam is an excellent example of how AppExchange makes new, innovative
on-demand applications available for almost any business problem available
with just a few clicks," said Adam Gross, Director of Product Marketing,
salesforce.com. "By building on AppExchange, Dreamfactory was able to not
only rapidly create a new application, but also make it instantly available
for salesforce.com's 308,000 subscribers."

By tightly integrating Team Collaboration with Project and Document
Management, DreamTeam fosters the cross fertilization of ideas within your
organization. It is delivered as an Appforce-built application with highly
engaging graphical user interfaces that expand the use of these established
business practices to a far broader range of users. Through improved
project collaboration, DreamTeam enables "better, faster, cheaper"
deliverables-whether you're orchestrating a competitive Sales Campaign, a
New Product Release, expansive Marketing Campaign, a Professional Services
Engagement, or any of a array of projects you are involved in to advance
your company's success.

"Appforce is the platform for rapidly delivering on-demand applications for
the enterprise," said Eric Rubin, President DreamFactory, Inc. "It provides
leading-edge firms like DreamFactory with a comprehensive application
development framework, worldwide deployment infrastructure, and access to a
large and growing base of very satisfied customers."

"DreamFactory has optimized their rich client application to work with
Intel Hyper-Threading Technology and to support mobilized software with
Intel Centrino(TM) mobile technology," said Chris Thomas, chief strategist
for Intel and a speaker at the DreamForce Conference. "This approach blends
the deployment advantages of Internet applications with the graphical
horsepower of desktop processing and provides for a better end-user
experience."

AppExchange is the world's first on-demand application sharing service.
Launched at Dreamforce '05, AppExchange features dozens of pre-built
applications created by salesforce.com customers and partners. AppExchange
enables all of these on-demand applications to be easily shared, exchanged
and installed with one click into any salesforce.com account. AppExchange
can be found at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange.

Appforce is a complete on-demand platform that includes Appforce Builder,
Appforce DB, Appforce API and the Appforce OS for development & deployment
of multiple on-demand applications. Appforce provides unprecedented ease of
customization and integration for Salesforce deployments, as well as
enabling a whole new generation of on-demand applications that go beyond
CRM.
