NTI Rolls Out Dragon Burn 4.0 with Promotion Upgrade Offer for Owners of
Any Mac CD/DVD Burning Software

New Video Mastering Features and DVD+R DL Support Added

IRVINE, CA - June 18, 2004 - NewTech Infosystems, Inc. (NTI), announced
today Version 4.0 of Dragon Burn" with major new features and a $9.99
promotion upgrade offer that Mac" users currently using other products will
find hard to resist. Dragon Burn offers a more robust alternative to the
basic CD- and DVD-burning capabilities available with Mac OS X desktop and
PowerBook" notebook computers for about half the cost of its competitors.
New features added to this release include VCD/SVCD mastering, VIDEO_TS
support for DVD Video burning, and "Picture CD" layout support. Dragon Burn
4.0 is also among the first to provide Mac users with DVD+R Double Layer
support.

A culmination of diligent engineering efforts since Version 3.0, NTI's
powerful Dragon Burn 4.0 delivers the performance, stability and
flexibility that Mac users need to produce video, audio, data, MP3 and
Enhanced (audio + data) CDs and DVDs according to their personal
preferences.

One of the keys to Dragon Burn's value proposition has been to continue to
integrate features that are not available in the Apple" products, for
example, the software features a uniquely NTI technology called Dynamic
Drive Support=81 that provides support to an extensive range of CD and DVD
burners, including those not supported by Apple's own software (e.g.
DVD+R/+RW burners, many external CD/DVD burners, etc.). Other unique
capabilities of NTI Dragon Burn 4.0 include a powerful and reliable
multi-burning engine, DVD+RW and CD-R/-RW multisession support, Multiple
Copy, UDF file system support and layout filtering.

New features added to Dragon Burn 4.0 include:
* Video Mastering
- VCDs/SVCDs can be created from standard-compliant MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 files.
- Movie DVDs can be created from Video_TS (.VOB files, etc.)

* Picture CD
- A CD can be burned with JPEG picture files captured by a digital camera.
- The recorded CD is compatible with newer-generation DVD players that play
the JPEG format.

* DVD+R DL (Double Layer) Support
- Users can burn to Double Layer DVD+R media with a capacity of up to 8.5
GB on a single side.

* Enhanced Dynamic Drive Support=81 ("DDS")
- Designed to eliminate time-consuming software/hardware compatibility
issues, Dragon Burn's DDS now supports the widest range of CD and DVD
burners, including the new higher-speed CD and DVD burners that may not be
supported by Apple's own software.

With support for virtually all popular audio formats (AAC, AIFF, CDDA, MP3,
SD2, and WAV), Dragon Burn is a complete MP3 and audio solution that
enables users to create custom audio CDs with automated volume balancing
across all tracks of an audio CD. Dragon Burn is also a time-saving CD/DVD
copy solution; users can make multiple disc copies simultaneously.

Upgrade Offer
For a limited time, owners of any Mac OS X CD/DVD burning software can
upgrade to Dragon Burn 4.0 for only $9.99 at the NTI website,
www.NTIus.com. Mac users who take advantage of the Upgrade Offer will also
