SUSTEEN'S DATAPILOT TO ALLOW CELL PHONE BACK UP TO APPLE'S NEW INTEL-BASED
MACINTOSH

DataPilot's Intel-based iMac Users Can Also Download Ringtones and
Wallpapers at New Web Destination for Cell Phone Individualization

(IRVINE, CA)--Susteen, Inc., a leader in data communications and mobile
computing solutions, will launch in mid-February its new DataPilot for Mac
product, compatible with Apple's new Intel-based Macintosh computers.

DataPilot for Mac is an extension of Susteen's award winning DataPilot
software suite and it supports the most popular handsets in the market in
only one kit, including all the necessary cables for data transfer. Users
can just plug the corresponding phone connector into the computer and start
transferring data right away. There is no need for users to buy a new cable
if upgrading to a new phone--simply connect to more phones with a different
cable connection.

Susteen's DataPilot products are revolutionary tools that assist in the
free transfer of ringtones and pictures between the user's computer and
over 200 of the most popular cell phone models in the market, bypassing any
carrier fees or restrictions.

In conjunction, Susteen will be updating its beta website
(http://my.datapilot.com) with Macintosh content where cell phone and
computer users can easily back up and restore their cellular phonebook and
iCal appointments anytime, anywhere and download a wide variety of
ringtones and wallpapers to personalize their handsets.

"Macintosh users represent a significant segment of Susteen's customer base
and we're committed to providing continued support to Apple platform,"
explains Rich Sootkoos, Executive Vice President of Susteen. "The new
software release will enable our users to run the DataPilot application on
all the major Macintosh OS releases and better position our company to
further expand the reach to a well defined consumer segment via the Apple
stores or Susteen direct."

DataPilot for Mac allows users to back up contact information in case of
loss or damage to the handset. Users can stay in sync with the Address Book
contacts and iCal appointments and use the cell phone as a wireless modem
and check emails on the go. Users can also upload & download ring tones,
pictures, and movies free via data cables and edit them using Mainctosh's
iPhoto, iTunes and Quick Time applications.

The new Apple iMac features Mac OS X and runs on the new Intel Core Duo
processor, Intel's first mobile dual-core processor, which is two
processors on a single chip and is ideal for multi-threaded applications
and multitasking. It is able to consume less energy with the power being
transferred only to the areas of the processor which need it, giving the
user is greater responsiveness and battery life. The Intel Core Duo can
also aid in improving processing-intensive tasks such as audio and video
processing and intense gaming.

DataPilot Universal Kit for Mac will ship at major retailers, including
Fry's Electronics, selected Best Buy stores, Apple stores and others
through Tessco Technologies for $99.95. It includes (six phone connectors
and one PC connector. Users can also buy just the software portion of the
product on the Susteen web site for $49.95. Minimum system requirements
include Mac OS X 10.3.9 Panther or later (including Tiger), 100MB of free
HDD space, 128MB RAM, Minimum 400MHz G4 CPU, CD-ROM drive (for CD
installation), 800 x 600 or higher resolution, 256 colors or higher and a
