CNS Updates its "Pro Plugins" for FileMaker

Fort Worth, TX, October 25, 2005 -- Comm-Unity Networking Systems announces
the immediate availability of new versions of its "Pro Plugins": SMTPit
Pro, CNS Image, and CNS Menu. These versions include several core plug-in
bug fixes, as well as improvements for Windows users (including the ability
to print scripts without removing the plug-ins).

SMTPit Pro

SMTPit Pro is a next generation email plug-in for FileMaker Pro 7 and
greater. SMTPit Pro provides a vast array of email options. You can send
simple text based messages or you can send complex HTML messages. You can
send a single message or an entire mail out. Its functionality is flexible
enough to cover many email tasks.

Changes included in this 4.0.4 update are the following:
- Fixed a few bugs in the core plug-in code
- Fixed a bug that caused FileMaker to crash if the Default Headers and
Footers contained blank lines at the top
- Fixed a few bugs dealing with Mapped Network Drives on Windows
- Added the ability to use both Old and New Style functions at the same
time to ease migration woes from old SMTPit calls to new SMTPit Pro calls
- Offers better compatibility with FileMaker on Windows (including a fix
for the crash when trying to print scripts)

CNS Image

CNS Image can import images into container fields and export images from
container fields. What the plug-in can do with images while in FileMaker is
where it gets interesting.

Changes included in this 1.0.4 update are the following:
- Fixed a few bugs in the core plug-in code
- Offers better compatibility with FileMaker on Windows (including a fix
for the crash when trying to print scripts)

CNS Menu

CNS Menu allows you to place hierarchal menus anywhere on a FileMaker
layout. When a menu item is chosen, the script of your choice in the
database of your choice is performed. Menus can have any number of sub
menus and can be displayed with a variety of styles and bullet marks.
Creating menus with CNS Menu can be as easy as handing the plug-in a return
delimited string of menu items to display. Your menu items can have a
display name, and a value that can be used in your scripts, so the end user
can see useful information such as a customer name while the value can be a
Customer ID number.

Changes included in this 1.0.3 update are the following:
- Fixed a few bugs in the core plug-in code
- Fixed problems with displaying Unicode characters in the menus
- Added code to work with slashes in Menu Item Names (you can now "escape"
slashes by typing them twice)
- Menu Item Names can now start with a negative sign and not be converted
to a separator (for example, negative numbers)
- Fixed a display bug on Windows with Menu Item Names that contained
Ampersands
- Added the ability to use both Old and New Style functions at the same
time to ease migration woes from old SCRIPTit calls to new CNS Menu calls
- Offers better compatibility with FileMaker on Windows (including a fix
for the crash when trying to print scripts)

Downloads available

You can download the new versions of SMTPit Pro, CNS Image, and CNS Menu by
going to our website at http://www.cnsplug-ins.com and clicking the
"Downloads" link at the top of the page (on the blue bar).

You can evaluate the plug-ins for 30 days for free, however, after 30 days,
the plug-ins should be removed from your hard drive if you do not plan to
purchase them. The demo versions of the plug-ins will display a splash
screen every fifteen minutes that you use them, and the SMTPit Pro demo
will attach a demo footer to each message sent. Once you purchase and
register your copy of the plug-ins, the splash screens will no longer show
and the SMTPit Pro demo footer will be removed.

Purchasing

These versions are free upgrades to anyone who currently owns licenses of
SMTPit 4.x, CNS Image 1.x, or CNS Menu 1.x.

If you do not currently own a license to use one of these plug-ins, you can
