ClipShow Revolutionizes Home-Video Sharing Over the Internet

Service Makes its Online Debut Showcasing New & Innovative "Digitization"
Services for Video Enthusiasts!

San Mateo, Ca (April 10, 2000) - Establishing itself as the premiere,
one-stop-shop for home video entertainment, ClipShow
(http://www.clipshow.com) today announced the formal debut of its
innovative online, home movie sharing service. The first multi-format,
video management system of its kind, ClipShow is revolutionizing the way
friends, families and organizations stay connected on the Web. ClipShow's
state-of-the-art video processing services, streaming video network and
easy-to-use video management system, provide the most complete way for
video enthusiasts to watch, manage, process and share their home movies
over the Internet.

"ClipShow is the most innovative way we have found to share the positive
activities of our members, their families and our community. ClipShow's
family oriented site provides a safe forum to bring together our network of
ministries, nonprofit organizations and businesses," said ClipShow member,
Jon Lewis, President of The Christian Networking Group.

Processing & Digitization
Eliminating time-consuming downloads and the need for costly digitization
equipment, ClipShow offers its users a simple, easy means to share their
home videos over the Internet. By simply mailing their videotapes (VHS,
Hi-8, MiniDV, etc.) to ClipShow, users can have them encoded into a digital
format, processed for optimal Internet viewing and uploaded directly into
their personal, ClipShow "Video Album." Users with desktop video
capabilities (e.g. iMac users or Webcam owners) can simply upload their
digital video files directly to ClipShow for processing, optimization and
posting. ClipShow provides processing services for a variety of digital
video formats, including MPEG, AVI, QuickTime and Advanced Streaming Format
(ASF).

Storage & Management
Once clips are posted, ClipShow users are provided with a variety of
simple-to-use tools to effectively manage their videos. With the option of
making their movies available for public or private viewing, users receive
their own ClipShow "Video Album," a personal showcase to conveniently
store, manage and display their videos.

Viewing & Sharing
Utilizing ClipShow's customized email feature, ClipShow members have the
ability to invite friends and family to their own "movie premiere" with
just the click of the mouse. Eliminating the frustration of receiving and
trying to view large email video attachments, ClipShow email "tickets"
contain convenient direct links to the members' personal "Video Album" for
quick and easy viewing. Within the ClipShow Video Gallery, viewers have
access to a myriad of simple-to-navigate showcases featuring pet, baby,
vacation, wedding and many other types of clips. To enhance the video
sharing experience, ClipShow utilizes its innovative processing system to
allow virtually any user to view videos using either a 56k or broadband
connection. ClipShow also supports all of the major streaming videos
formats.

About ClipShow
Founded in 1999 by Charles Dauber, as a means of sharing videos of his
newborn son over the Internet with friends and relatives around the world,
ClipShow provides innovative solutions to the biggest barriers facing
Internet video sharing today; (1.) translating video into a digital format
and (2.) viewing video on the Web with a dial-up connection.

"While searching for a way to share videos of my new baby, it became clear
that there were other Internet users like myself who were encountering
similar problems. Although multiple solutions were available for sharing
photographs on the Internet, there was no equivalent service for home
movies. ClipShow is the next logical step in helping people to stay
connected with friends and family using the Internet," said Dauber.

Since its beta launch in October of 1999, ClipShow has rapidly become a
premiere, destination site for video sharing on the Internet, providing an
entirely new level of online interaction for its members. In December of
1999, Robin Richards, President of MP3.com, joined ClipShow's Board of
Directors.

Leading the way in the expanding online video services market, ClipShow has
already developed an impressive base of streaming video and multimedia
partners, including Dazzle Multi-Media, Microsoft, Real Networks, Exodus,
Intervu and Sun Microsystems.

Company Background
Based in San Mateo, California, with a second facility in Austin, Texas,
ClipShow is a privately funded company led by an all-star cast of Silicon
Valley start-up veterans from companies such as Copper Mountain Networks
(NASDAQ: CMTN), Learn2.com (NASDAQ:LTWO), Nickelodeon On-line, @Home
(NASDAQ:ATHM), and the Sun/Netscape Alliance.
