FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Chronos Releases StickyBrain 3.1 With Palm Synchronization

Park City, Utah - December 14, 2004 -- Chronos LC today announced the
release of StickyBrain 3.1, a ground-breaking update to its all-new third
generation note manager for Mac OS X. StickyBrain 3.1 becomes the first and
only product in its class to offer Palm handheld synchronization in
addition to its class-leading iPod synchronization. StickyBrain 3.1 is a
free update for registered users of StickyBrain 3.

NEW IN 3.1: PALM HANDHELD SYNCHRONIZATION!

StickyBrain 3.1 is the first and only product in its class to synchronize
with Palm handhelds. Synchronization is two-way with the Palm Memo Pad
application and doesn't require any special setup-users simply drag the
notes they wish to synchronize to a special Palm folder in StickyBrain.
Palm synchronization works with both older and newer Palm handhelds using
either the Palm HotSync Manager or The Missing Sync(TM) For Palm OS by
Mark/Space, Inc.

NEW IN 3.1: 14 NEW FEATURES AND 30 ENHANCEMENTS!

In addition to Palm synchronization (the number one feature requested by
users), StickyBrain 3.1 adds 14 new features and over 30 enhancements, bug
fixes, installer improvements, and performance increases. Some of the more
important new features include:

* An internal contextual menu for changing note attributes on single or
multiple note selections
* The note title bar can now be hidden and the implicit title becomes the
first line of text in the note
* Notes can be created in specific folders without an open viewer window
* The created/modified fields can now auto-hide or be hidden altogether
* Text clippings can now be dragged and dropped in notes
* Much, much, more

STICKYBRAIN DESCRIPTION

StickyBrain is like a really big drawer-users can just throw all their
notes and other information into it, then use the powerful Note Viewer to
retrieve anything with just one click. Users can now manage their digital
notes-from reminders and alarms to pictures, URLs and text. Everything is
instantly organized and searchable. StickyBrain will help users increase
productivity, save time, and gain unprecedented control over their
information.

The all-new StickyBrain 3 sports a new interface with Safari-like tabs; has
been completely rewritten in Cocoa; syncs to the iPod and Palm handhelds;
is built on a rock-solid commercial database; features best-of-class text,
graphics, and links grabbing; includes FlashNote searching; links notes to
the Address Book; and much more.

AVAILABILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Chronos believes users should have the opportunity to try the software for
free before they purchase. A fully functional 30 day trial version can be
downloaded from Chronos' web site at (www.chronosnet.com). StickyBrain has
been attractively priced at $39.99 and is available directly from Chronos.
Registered StickyBrain 1.x and 2.x customers can upgrade to version 3 for
only $25. Version 3.1 is a free update for registered StickyBrain 3.x
users. It is available for download as both a full installer and an updater.
