Chronos Releases SOHO Organizer 5.6

Park City, Utah - August 21, 2006 -- Chronos LC today announced the
release of SOHO Organizer 5.6, an update to its personal and business
productivity suite. SOHO Organizer is designed for both individual
and workgroup use and the latest update represents an important step
forward in the complete rewrite of the former Personal and Group
Organizer products that it replaces. SOHO Organizer 5.6 is a free
update for registered SOHO Organizer 5.x users.

NEW FEATURES

* New Mini-Months in Day View. The Day View now contains a mini-month
region where one or more mini-months can be displayed. A mini-month
shows a complete month calendar at a glance so users can quickly view
a specific date in the Day View.

* Find & Manage Duplicate Contacts. SOHO Organizer can now search for
duplicate contacts and gives the user three options when duplicates
are found. First, the user can choose to keep just one of the
contacts. Second, the user can choose to keep all the duplicate
contacts. Third, the user can merge the data from all the duplicate
contacts. In each option, the user gets to preview exactly what
information they're keeping. In what may be an industry first, the
merge feature can actually merge 3 or more duplicate contacts and
still show a final preview.

* Define Default Fields And Their Order. The contact card can now
display a pre-defined set of fields in a particular pre-defined order
when a contact is displayed. This makes it easy to enter and view
contact information in a consistent and familiar way..

7 ENHANCEMENTS, OPTIMIZATIONS, FIXES

SOHO Organizer 5.6 also includes 7 enhancements, optimizations and bug fixes:

* Added ability to duplicate events or tasks

* Added progress bar when importing vCards

* Fixed problem that prevented SOHO Organizer from creating or
opening a database if certain Firewire audio/video devices were
plugged in

* Synchronization fixes and improvements

* More...

Chronos web site at (www.chronosnet.com).

THE OFFICIAL SUCCESSOR

SOHO Organizer is the official successor to Personal Organizer and
Group Organizer and represents a 100% Cocoa rewrite of the former
products. This means SOHO Organizer presents a first-class Mac OS X
experience complete with all the features Mac OS X users expect: Aqua
interface, Unicode compliance, built-in spell checking, Service
support, etc. Finally, the true benefit of a complete Cocoa rewrite
is that SOHO Organizer is built for the future and can easily
accommodate future technologies.

SOHO Organizer makes managing customer relationships from phone calls
and notes to appointments and to-dos easy. It embraces and leverages
popular Mac OS X technologies and applications instead of trying to
replace them. For example, it synchronizes seamlessly with Address
Book and iCal so that users can continue to use them and other
applications that rely on their data. Users can thus use Apple's
iSync to synchronize contacts and calendars in SOHO Organizer to cell
phones, iPods, Palm handhelds, and even .Mac.

ABOUT THE SOHO SERIES

SOHO Organizer is a key member of Chronos' acclaimed small
office/home office series and bears the identifying "SOHO" moniker.
The SOHO Series is an integrated series of software solutions that
are designed and written specifically for small office and home
office users. Each product in the series is designed to work on its
own and be "best-in-class." However, the true power of the SOHO
Series shines through when the products are used together to create
solutions that are greater than the sum of their individual parts.

AVAILABILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Chronos believes users should have the opportunity to try the
software for free before they purchase. A fully functional 30 day
trial version can be downloaded from Chronos' web site at
(www.chronosnet.com). SOHO Organizer has been attractively priced at
$99.99.

Registered SOHO Organizer 5.x users can upgrade to SOHO Organizer 5.6
for FREE. Registered Personal & Group Organizer users can upgrade to
SOHO Organizer for only $49.99. Users who purchased Personal or Group
Organizer after May 1st, 2005 will be eligible to upgrade to SOHO
Organizer for FREE. Pricing for volume purchases and upgrades is also
available on the Chronos web site.

SOHO Organizer requires Mac OS X v10.4.7 or later and is a Universal
application (runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel-based Macintosh
computers); 130MB of available disk space.
