The Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) is being held at the
Moscone West Convention Center from June 28 - June 2, 2004. The always
popular "WWDC Exhibit Fair" returns for vendors to showcase their newest
technologies and services.

The Exhibit Fair is designed for vendors to showcase their newest
technologies and services to the worldwide Mac developer community. Apple's
WWDC Exhibit Fair is a hot spot and has been a sell-out exposition for the
last three years. RSVP to sign up today, as reservations are on a
first-come, first-served basis.

WWDC is the definitive event for programmers, IT managers, content
creators, systems administrators or anyone who wants to make the most out
of Apple's innovative technologies and the robust and flexible Mac OS X
platform. You won't want to miss this opportunity to learn from experts,
network with colleagues, and have a great time in one of the world's most
beautiful cities.

The WWDC Exhibit Fair provides the perfect opportunity to cost-effectively
exhibit and reach the Mac developer community face-to-face. Exhibitors get
to show developers from around the world the very latest products that
support Mac OS X development and Apple's innovative technologies.

MEET AND GREET VIPS: Apple's Worldwide Developer Relations senior
management team will be on hand at the Exhibit Fair Monday, following the
'grand opening' between 6-8 p.m. to meet with exhibitors and welcome
attendees. This is the perfect opportunity to get to know these influential
developer advocates within Apple and to educate them about your innovative
Mac products.*

TURNKEY STATION PACKAGE: Each station package is US $2,495.00

TURNKEY STATION PACKAGE CONTENTS: Custom Station Property (approximately 6
ft wide x 8 ft high), Station ID Signage (one company name header), Stool,
Electric, Internet Connection (one IP Address), Guide Listing, Perimeter
Security, and Drayage.

Each station package will also include (3) exhibitor badges (exhibit only,
no meals & no sessions) and (1) full (non-transferrable) conference pass.

Tuesday, June 29 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday, June 30 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

TEAR DOWN: Wednesday, June 30 -) Starts at 4 p.m.

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT: To RSVP and make your station package reservation,
send an RSVP email today -- (reservations@xplain.com). Be sure to include
your complete company contact and address information. We will then fax you
the participation paperwork for your review.

TURNKEY SET UP: Generally 1-2 hours is enough time for exhibitors to set up
at the conference. Please bring or ship your computer equipment (be sure to
bring a power strip) with your station decorations. Plug in your computer,
check your Internet access, decorate -- and you're set!
