ALADDIN SYSTEMS SHIPS ALADDIN TUNER 3.0 - A GLOBAL INTERNET MEDIA
RECEIVER SUPPORTING INTERNET RADIO, MP3, CD's, SKINS, AND MORE

Aladdin Tuner, An Internet Radio Tuner, MP3 And CD Player, Includes
The World's Most Complete Database Of Live Internet Radio Stations

Watsonville, CA June 27, 2000 - Aladdin Systems, Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Aladdin Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: ALHI), today
announced the availability of Aladdin Tuner(tm) 3.0 for the
Macintosh, The Global Internet SuperTuner(tm). "Tune It In. Turn It
Up!"(tm) This Internet radio and video tuner also plays MP3s, CDs,
and supports skins (a skin is a set of graphics used by an
application to create its appearance and allows users to create their
own look and feel for the application).

Aladdin Tuner builds on the success of its predecessor, MacTuner(tm),
to offer users access to more than 3,400 streaming audio and video
broadcasts on the Internet. In addition to RealAudio(r) and
RealVideo(r) streams, Aladdin Tuner adds support for streaming
QuickTime(tm) and the Windows Media player format, making it the most
complete resource for live Internet content available. The Aladdin
Tuner database is automatically updated, ensuring that it evolves as
new Internet broadcast sites become available (customers may offer
additions too).

"The Internet has changed the face of the broadcast world, with
Aladdin Tuner and our MacRadio.com site, we have put Mac users on the
cutting edge of this evolution," said Jason Foodman, Director of
Aladdin's Internet division. "We're very excited to offer customers a
unique solution for locating and listening to Internet radio stations
worldwide as well as CDs, MP3s, and more."

Growing on the foundation of its extensive database, the Aladdin
Tuner application puts the emphasis on user experience by providing a
number of tools that allow the user to quickly find content that
reflects their interests. The Aladdin Tuner World Browser allows the
user to locate Internet broadcasts by location. By clicking a
location on one of Aladdin Tuner's global regional maps, the user is
presented with a list of broadcasts originating from that country or
state. The Aladdin Tuner user can quickly tune into the sounds of
home wherever in the world they happen to be. With its integrated
search engine, Aladdin Tuner provides the user with a precision tool
to search the stations in the Aladdin Tuner database by format,
genre, location, or name. When a station of interest is located, it
can be added to a Favorites list for faster retrieval in the future.

Aladdin Tuner offers the most complete solution available for anyone
interested in listening to music on their Macintosh. In addition to
live Internet content, Aladdin Tuner allows users to play MP3 files
and CDs. In partnership with CDDB, Inc., Aladdin Tuner gives users
access to the largest available database of CD track and title
information; simply insert a CD and Aladdin Tuner will retrieve
information about the music as it plays the CD.

"With Aladdin Tuner, we offer users a one-stop application for
playing, listening, and finding Internet radio and video streams
worldwide," said Aladdin CEO Jonathan Kahn. "Aladdin Tuner, combined
with our MacRadio.com Web site, gives Mac users two ways to fulfill
their audio and video needs worldwide."

Aladdin Tuner 3.0 also adds support for a skin-based user interface.
Users can choose between the skins shipped with the application, or
can go to the Aladdin Web site to check out a more extensive
collection, all of which are available as a free download. Aladdin
Tuner's use of templates to create skins also makes it easy for
anybody to customize the look of their application.

Aladdin Tuner is available directly from Aladdin Systems and will run
as a 30-day free trial, then expire until purchased for $29.95 US. It
can be downloaded at: (http://www.aladdinsys.com/tuner/). All
registered MacTuner customers qualify for a free upgrade.

System Requirements:
PowerPC based Macintosh
System 8.0 or higher,
At least 10 MB of available application RAM,
Internet Config 2.0 or later (or the Internet control panel in Mac OS
8.5 and above),
An Internet connection (runs with AOL and CompuServe too).
