Erevu Acquisition Launches Major Expansion of Aladdin Enterprise
Product Offerings

WATSONVILLE, CA, October 21, 2002 - Aladdin Systems Holdings, Inc.
"Aladdin" (OTC Bulletin Board: ALHI) and Erevu, Incorporated
"Erevu," a privately-held company, announced today they have
finalized the acquisition of Erevu by Aladdin.
