In case youre not familiar with Universal Resource Locator (URL) format, its essentially
<servicekind>://<servername>/<pathname>.
Thats a bit of an oversimplification (e.g. the path can be far more interesting), but it should be enough to you started.

For those of you with only unix shell account network access, check out TIA, The Internet Adapter. Its a program for unix systems which emulates a SLIP connection in software, and it lets you run software like Mosaic and NewsWatcher.
