Mind Mapping

Article Synopsis
This article stems from my own experiences working as an Apple consultant in my own practice for many years. I was delighted to come upon mind maps as a tool, as they have proved to be a powerful, effective method of communication. I know from my own experience that communicating complex technical information and decision points can be a real sticking point for consultants and IT staff, which led me to both explore using mind maps, and then to write about the experience. In our consulting practice, we have begin to use mind maps not just for customer facing communication, but also in our strategic planning process.
