Inpaint 6.2 improves texture generation for better image retouching

TeoreX has introduced Inpaint 6.2 (http://www.theinpaint.com/), an upgrade of its multi-platform retouching tool for removal of undesired elements from photos.

The app removes scratches, watermarks, timestamps and even complex objects like strangers, unwanted elements and background debris automatically. Version 6.2 improves texture generation for better results and offers new usability options.

Another improvement is an option to clear the donor area completely. While the program automatically creates default donor areas as soon as a user selects objects to remove, the user may need to redefine them manually if the scene is too complex for auto-retouching. This is simpler now. A user presses Shift+Del and instantly clears the donor area.

Inpaint costs US$19.99 for a license. The program supports Mac OS X 10.7 or higher.
